1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the iFox Masters website (ifoxmasters.com) and/or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of iFox Masters.

2. Our Services

iFox Masters provides digital marketing and web design services including, but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Search engine optimisation (SEO)
• Social media management and marketing
• Pay-per-click advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Content writing and copywriting
• Branding and graphic design
• Property marketing for estate agents and developers

Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement for each project.

3. Proposals & Agreements

Before commencing any project, we will provide a written proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and costs. Work will only begin once the proposal has been accepted by you (via email confirmation or signed agreement) and any required deposit has been received.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices quoted are in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
• A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins on new projects.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion, unless an alternative payment schedule has been agreed.
• Monthly retainer services (SEO, social media, ads management) are billed monthly in advance.
• Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and effective delivery of services, you agree to:

• Provide all necessary content, images, brand assets, and login credentials in a timely manner.
• Respond to our requests for feedback and approvals within 5 business days.
• Ensure that all content you provide does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Designate a single point of contact for project communications.

Delays caused by late provision of materials or feedback may result in adjusted timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Our work:

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables (website files, designs, content) created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed.

Third-party assets:

Any third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins, software licences) used in your project may be subject to separate licence terms. We will inform you of any additional licensing requirements.

Our tools & processes:

We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, templates, methodologies, and general know-how developed before or during the project.

7. Website Hosting & Maintenance

If we provide hosting and/or maintenance services:

• We will make reasonable efforts to ensure your website remains online and up to date.
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Maintenance plans can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

8. Revisions & Scope Changes

Our proposals include a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or changes to the project scope beyond what was agreed will be quoted separately and require your approval before proceeding.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice.
• If cancelled before work begins, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
• If cancelled after work has commenced, you will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining deposit will be applied accordingly.
• Monthly retainer services can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No refunds are provided for the current billing period.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, login credentials, financial data, and unpublished materials.

11. Limitation of Liability

• iFox Masters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
• Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant service.
• We do not guarantee specific results from SEO, advertising, or marketing campaigns, as outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

12. Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However:

• We do not warrant that our website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
• We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or conversion results from marketing services.
• All information on our website is provided "as is" for general informational purposes.

13. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, WordPress, Shopify). These platforms have their own terms and conditions which are beyond our control. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates by third-party providers.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, or cyberattacks.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
